By accessing or using the website graceelitesports.com or booking any service offered by Grace Elite Volleyball (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Grace Elite Volleyball provides volleyball training services including clinics, personal training sessions, and group training. Session availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. All bookings are subject to confirmation by our staff.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Booking requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us via email or phone. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in volleyball training involves physical activity and inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury. By booking and participating in our sessions, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Grace Elite Volleyball is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs.

5. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Grace Elite Volleyball regarding your booking, session reminders, and program updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at graceelitevolleyball@gmail.com.

SMS consent is entirely optional and is not required to book a session or use our services. We will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Grace Elite Volleyball and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Elite Volleyball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
